NORDIK Terms & Conditions

Validity

  • The Nordik Pro card is valid Sunday to Friday, during the 2026-2027 ski season, except from December 26, 2026, to January 2, 2027, inclusive, and February 13 to 20, 2027, inclusive. The Nordik Pro card is also valid Sunday to Friday, from April 6, 2026, to April 19, 2026.
  • The Nordik Base card is valid Monday to Friday, during the 2026-2027 ski season, except from December 19, 2026, to January 3, 2027, inclusive, and February 13 to March 21, 2027, inclusive. The Nordik Base card is also valid Monday to Friday, from April 6, 2026, to April 19, 2026.  

Purchase

  • The Nordik Pro card and the Nordik Base card must be purchased online or by phone at 1-866-356-2247.

  • Once all initial days are used, your card entitles you to a 15% discount on additional visits
  • To take advantage of the 15% discount on additional days, add the Direct-to-lift access to your Tremblant pass and go directly to the lifts. A secure payment with your applicable discount will be automatically applied to your card. You can activate the DTL option at our multiservice centre. The discounted additional days can also be purchased at the multiservice centre. Discount applicable on a 1-day regular ticket office ticket.
  • The Nordik Pro card and the Nordik Base card are available to Canadian residents only.
  • Age of reference is age on date of purchase.

Delivery

  • The Nordik Pro card and the Nordik Base card will be added to your existing physical Tremblant photo pass.
  • New cardholders will receive their pass in the mail in the fall. New cardholders that want to use their Spring Access must pick up their Tremblant pass at our Guest Services Desk or Multiservice Centre.

Refunds

  • The Nordik Pro card and the Nordik Base card can be refunded until December 10, 2026, if not used.
  • Expired and unused days: The prepaid value will be applied to the purchase of a day ticket at the regular price

Restrictions

  • Maximum of one regular discounted ticket per cardholder, per day.
  • Rebates not applicable on half-day tickets.
  • Non-transferable (product and discounts cannot be transferred from one person to the next).
  • The Nordik Pro card and Nordik Base card are offered exclusively to Canadian residents. If you try to purchase this card and are not a Canadian resident, your pass will not be activated.
